JAVA Upgrade using Latest JAVA

Steps:

1) Shutdown the environment : from console and backend.

2) Take a full backup. :->tar cvfzp /u01/backup/soa_domain_20180607.tar.gz soa/

3) Take a backup of old java (/weblogic/soa/fmw/java) : tar cvfzp soa_java_20180607.tar.gz java/

4) Untar new java and replace the old  : 1. tar xvfzp /stage/software/java/java_1.7/jdk-7u181-linux-x64.tar.gz /tmp/
2. mv /tmp/jdk-1.7.0_181 /weblogic/soa/fmw/
3. mv java java_old
4. mv jdk-1.7.0_181 java

5) Add arguments in setDomainEnv.sh : /weblogic/soa/admin/domains/soa_domain/bin/setDomainEnv.sh
cp -rp setDomainEnv.sh setDomainEnv.sh_20180607

==>All Final changes for Java upgrade- ignore all above -in setDomainEnv.sh "above SET THE CLASSPATH line":

JAVA_OPTIONS="${JAVA_OPTIONS} -Dweblogic.ssl.JSSEEnabled=true -Dhttps.protocols="TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2" -Dweblogic.security.SSL.minimumProtocolVersion=TLS1 -Dweblogic.security.ssl.enable.renegotiation=true -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom"
export JAVA_OPTIONS

6) start environment :  using /u01/scripts and from backend and console.

7) Check the new Java version and verify all logs and applications. : /weblogic/soa/fmw/java -version

8) Refresh OEM Weblogic Domain  : From OEM console

9) Monitor the performance and capture reports.: Monitor -> JVM Perfomance
